Hi this is William Ferrell. I just wanted to touch base with you. Im just getting settled in my classes right now so I think I would feel better about having you come later in my placement when I feel more comfortable. I know you have to leave later in the semester with Jack so just let me know when the best times are for you and we can work something out. Thank you.

I need to see you before the 9th, I prefer Wednesdays, that gives you a chance to establish some pace in your week. Mondays are a second option.
